How to Setup Email Account in Outlook

Fill in your name, email address and the server names.

Incoming mail server: mailx.discountdomains.co.nz. This is listed on your mail management page.
Outgoing mail server: mailx.discountdomains.co.nz
Incoming Username : Full email address
Incoming Password: Your email password


 

Click on "More Settings" and then go to the "Advanced tab". Here you will need to enter the port numbers.

Incoming POP3 Port 995 SSL OR
Incoming IMAP Port 993 SSL.

You will want to use IMAP if you would like to access the emails from multiple devices. 

Outgoing server port # 587




Click onto the "Outgoing Server" tab and set outgoing to use authentication. Same settings as the incoming mail server.


 

Then hit OK, Next and wait for Outlook to give you two green ticks.
